HI ,

I am working on BF548 EZ-KIT . Have compiled the SPi driver   in kernel options -> device drivers -> SPi ->

│ │    <*>   SPI controller driver for ADI Blackfin5xx                  │ │

│ │    <*>   User mode SPI device driver support                        │ │

Further , included the spidev_test program as well . When i execute after booting up , it displays an error ,

Can't open device , no such file or directory .

When i check with

find / -name '*spi*'

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.0

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.0/spi_master

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.0/spi_master/spi0

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.0/spi0.1

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.1

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.1/spi_master

/sys/devices/platform/bfin-spi.1/spi_master/spi1

/sys/bus/platform/devices/bfin-spi.0

/sys/bus/platform/devices/bfin-spi.1

/sys/bus/platform/drivers/bfin-spi

/sys/bus/platform/drivers/bfin-spi/bfin-spi.0

/sys/bus/platform/drivers/bfin-spi/bfin-spi.1

/sys/bus/spi

/sys/bus/spi/devices/spi0.1

/sys/bus/spi/drivers/m25p80/spi0.1

/sys/bus/spi/drivers/spidev

/sys/class/spi_master

/sys/class/spi_master/spi0

/sys/class/spi_master/spi1

/sys/class/spidev

/sys/kernel/debug/blackfin/spi

/sys/module/spidev

/bin/spidev_test

root:~>

It seems to be placed accordingly. the driver and all seem to be there . Can't understand what is the issue , i think i need to look in the source of spidev_test code,

the kernel  i am using is

Linux blackfin 3.0.8-ADI-2011R1 #237 Thu Jun 7 18:30:21 IST 2012 blackfin GNU/Linux

Any help highly appreciated !!

Thanks
