What is the difference between the ADuCM360 and ADuCM361?
The only difference is the ADuCM361 has one 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC; The ADuCM360 has two 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs.
Everything else is the same - pin-out, package, memory map, toolset etc - they are all the same for both devices.
I want to flash the ADuCM361 via UART.
All ADI examples use P0.1 and P0.2 for SIN/SOUT.
Can I use P0.6/P0.7 instead of P0.1/P0.2 for UART flashing ?
The bootloader only uses P0.1/P0.2 for UART communications.
P0.6/0.7 can be configured as the UART pins for normal use but, the kernel bootloader only works with P0.1/0.2
although, it is mentioned : "UART Serial Input (Data Input for the UART Downloader)" for those two pins in the ADuCM361 datasheet.

I have taken a look at CN0221, in the CN0221 Design & Integration Files they use P0.6 and P0.7 for USB/UART communication and there are no JLINK interface used. Is it a mistake also ?
Thanks for pointing that out too. The files are for revision 0 of the board which did use P0.6 and 0.7.
There is a Rev A PCB which changes that. I'll put in a request to update the files on Monday.
In the meantime if you're in a rush, the latest files should be included in the documentation section of the DVD available from ftp://ftp.analog.com/pub/MicroConverter/ADuCMxxxV1.1/
The JLINK interface was ommited on purpose as the board was meant to be used just as a plug and play demo where you just connect to a PC open up hyperterminal and you have temperature results on screen.
HOWEVER the SWD pins from the micro are brought out to the edge of the board you you can use a jlink debugger with a bit of external circuitry
