why does a DDS output voltage vary with frequency...?

Hello everyone,


Using AD9913 Eval Board, i am producing sine waves of frequencies 3MHz to 32MHz. With the full scale DAC output current set to 4.6mA, i am getting different peak-peak voltages at different frequencies. i.e, for a frequency of 6MHz i get an output of around 300mVp-p and for a freq of 32MHz i get 100mVp-p.


1.  Why is the output voltage varying with frequency...?

2.  Is this natural for all current out devices...?

3.  Is there any way i could regulate the output ac voltage to produce a constant voltage at all frequencies from 3MHz to 32MHz....?
