How do you do dear specialists.

In new product our company put into use 16-canal ADC AD7490.

On pilot models of the product I faced with the following problem:

the given channel ADC differ under alike input voltage.

 

The Register of management ADC: SEQ = 0, SHADOW = 0; PM1, PM0 = 1; WEAK/TRI = 0;

                        RANGE = 1; CODING = 1

 

Uref = 2.5 В

Uin = 0 (all input united between itself and "are grounded")
