How decode .jp2 file with YCrCb 4:2:2 mode into RGB picture

I have been using ADV212 to compress a RGB(24-bit) color picture. This picture tile's resolution is 480*1080, precision is 24-bit.


This RGB(24-bit) color picture is converted to YCrCb 4:2:2, and then output to ADV212. The Format of compressed codestream from ADV212 is jp2 file. I use kdu_expand.exe to decode this jp2 file, it only output color component(Y Component), CrCb component is discarded. How can I use kdu software to decode jp2 file into a complete RGB picture.
