We are trying to keep our core hardware design as close as possible to the BF526 EZBRD for sanity's sake. One problem is that our own hardware will have an 8 or 16GB Nand FLASH part connected to the BF52X NFC. Can anyone help with the following please?

1. Does the BF52X NFC actually support 64GBits MLC FLASH?

2. Does anyone have a part they would recommend. I understand Async mode, 8 bit data, is required, possibly ONFI compatible if from one of the ONFI consortium?

3. If the answer to 1 is yes, the question is then what, if any, driver changes are required? The model we are working from is based on the content from EE334.

Many thanks.
