Hi guys,

I'm working on a project based on BF592, VDSP++5 Update9, and I would like to use scratchpad memory as stack and heap, because I have large arrays locate in L1 data memory. When configuring heap and stack in LDF Settings, I met problems, any help will be appriciated.

In LDF Settings, System heap setting, I selected Internal scratchpad  memory, minimum size 2KB, system stack, I also chose the same configuration.  I compiled the project but error message told me 0x1000 words were not mapped. Then I  modified heap size to 1KB, no error message came out again.

I did a experiment and found that the maximum scratchpad memory I can use for stack and heap is 4020B but not 4KB, could you please verify that?

Thanks!

Best regards,

Kenny
