MISRA rule 5.5, 8.8 and 8.10 check

Hello,

please find attached two projects, no_misra_5.5_8.8_check.dpg (project group) and vdsp5-0-10test_all_in_one.dpj. Both projects are based on the same .c/.h source code. no_misra_5.5_8.8_check.dpg compiles in debug mode without any problem.  vdsp5-0-10test_all_in_one.dpj tells me a MISRA rule 5.5 and 8.8 violation which is correct. The misra rule violation was intentionally included in the source code. Why doesn't the no_misra_5.5_8.8_check.dpg project group generate any error? Do I something wrong? This problem seems to occure while checking rule 5.5/8.8 for project groups containing a library and executable project. This problem was also found for rule 8.10. All .misra files are put into the MISRARepository folder. For this reason, there shall be a check.

Kind regards,

Michael
