I'm looking for a solution to generate sine wave from 5 MHz to about 300 MHz.

The end product will be battery powered and handheld so here is my "wishlist" in addition to stable frequency.

* low power consumption

* small footprint

I need unmodulated simple sine wave with adjustable frequency. I probably need to filter the ouput anyway.

I'm using AD9833 on an existing product to generage about 6MHz sine wave and I've been happy with the performance of filtered output.

What is my best bet for higher frequencies?
