LVCMOS 1.2V clock generation for a 15-bit DAC

We have a 15-bit DAC requiring 1.2V/0V clock signal up to 300MS/s. The DAC has maximum output bandwidth of 150MHz, and the SNR our system requires is between 85dB and 90dB. Thus, we would like the clock generator to have low jitter performance. We want to put some clock generation chip on board for this purpose. I have been looking around the ADI products. It seems that none of the parts can support LVCMOS12 output. Does anyone have suggestions on parts for clock generation in our test case?
