Single-supply analog multiplexer: can it be less than +12 V?

In my application, I have very restricted PCB space and therefore look for minimum part count. I have selected the ADG1419LFCSP analog multiplexer to select either +3.3 V (from the power supply rail) or +7 V (from an external connector). In another case, I had created the +7 V voltage with a zener diode; in the current application, I want to avoid this. Can I supply the ADG1419 with +7 V and still have it working OK?
