Can someone tell me whether the ADSP-BF506F EZ-KIT Lite ADC configuration accept bipolar input?

If not, please note that ADC input range can be set to (0 to vREF) or (0 to 2vREF) based on status of RANGE input of ADC. Please refer Analog Input section in the Table 47 (operating conditions) given in the datasheet.
So, ADC cannot convert negative input (signal below 0V). (You should not apply negative input to ADC input as well).

Many thanks to your respond. I am confused as at the datasheet, it mentioned it is possible to convert a bipolar input into unipolar signal. I was kind of uncertain whether the evm has implemented this features.

Yes, if you want to convert bipolar input signal, then you should use external circuit to shift this bipolar signal up to provide unipolar signal at the analog input of ADC. Datasheet says that. But if you directly apply such bipolar signal to ADC input, it may violate ADC input spec.
If you see the EZ-KIT schematic for ADC input buffers (with op-amp circuitry.... like intergrator?), I think these buffers tries to clip the negative voltage using capacitor at the output.
