Where to Place BPF Parts onto ADA4817 SOIC Board?

Hello,

I'm trying to make the following circuit : http://www.bowdenshobbycircuits.info/opamp.htm (Singe Op-Amp Band Pass Filter) on the ADA4817 Experimenter SOIC board (with diff resistor/cap values) -- I'm confused how to place the capacitor + two resistors that would be at the pin 2 (- IN) on the SOIC board; is there a way to do this?

Otherwise, if I make my own board for this circuit, what kind of materials/etc should I use to ensure that there is no stray capacitance and there's low noise?
