ADF4106 - sawtooth waveform at analog lock detect output.

With reference input of 100MHz and R counter = 10 for a phase detector frequency of 10MHz, the analog lock detector displays a sawtooth waveform of about 1.3V peak to peak. The period of the waveform is 100nS (equivalent to 10MHz frequency), even though the ADF4106 appears to be in lock. The open drain output of the analog lock detector is pulled up to 3.3V with a 10K resistor. can a possible reason be given? Waveform is attached
