Doxygen and VisualDSP++ problems

In the past (on other platforms and IDEs) I've used doxygen to create online API documentation for applications.

In my new job I am attempting to do the same thing for a Blackfin project using VisualDSP++, but I've run into a few problems.

Doxygen gets very confused when trying to document code that has 'section' directives.

If it comes across code like that shown below, it sees the 'setion' as the function that has to be documented.

/// This function does clever stuf!

/// \param aParameter The first parameter.

/// \return The return value.

void TheFunction(int aParameter)

Has anyone used doxygen and found a method to overcome this?
