How to.. HDMI (DVI-D) to Analog conversion with a twist..

Here goes..  We need to take a HDMI or DVI-D signal, and turn that in to the 3 Analog signals..

The last 'twist' is that there must be NO sync time in the anaolog signals..  EG. if the display is white, the analog value's must be a contsant voltage eg. 0.7V into 50ohm / 75ohm, without the periodic Sync.. (-0.3V)

What device would be needed for this aplication, if posible at all?

Thanks for all your help

Kind regards

Rudie.
