Both of these branches are active, but it's not clear which one to use if you want Linux 4.14.
adi-4.14.0 - https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/linux/commits/adi-4.14.0Is a rebase on top of Xilinx rebase 4.14 (xlnx_rebase_v4.14).
It's counter-part is "master-4.14" (https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/linux/commits/master-4.14 ) which is Xilinx master (currently at 4.14) merged on top of ADI master.
master-4.14 becomes our next master. So I would use it for now.
That is correct.
I also want to add that adi-4.14.0 is useful for cherry-pick-ing certain patches from ADI kernel tree and apply them on top of an upstream/vanilla 4.14. kernel or any other 4.14 based kernel (should this be a requirement).
