I have a circuit that I am modeling in SPICE using voltage pulse sources as MOSFET
gate drivers. So for instance I would have a zero impedance SPICE voltage source with
a 10 ohm series resistor across the source/gate of the MOSFET. I want to duplicate that
functionality in a real circuit using the ADUM6132. My MOSFET has a gate charge requirement
of 2 nC. Your appnote shows two bipolars driving the gate of a MOSFET. I'd like to
switch in <100 nS. What components would I need for this?
