I have a system that uses the Analog Devices AD9508/PCBZ eval board to route clocks to various sinks. It takes a 150 MHz input clock and provides the following:
- 2x LVDS 150 MHz clocks
- 2x 10 MHz CMOS clocks
- 2x 50 MHz CMOS clocks
The output format and divide ratios are constant. My preference is for the eval board to be configured during power up automatically without requiring a user to open the AD9508 Eval GUI and enter in the values. I know the board can be programmed in pin-strap mode using the jumpers, but I don't believe there's a pin strap value that support a divide ratio of 15 to get the 10 MHz clocks.
So I wanted to see if there's a way for the GUI that I've developed for the system could send the commands that are currently issued from the AD9508 Eval GUI. In other words, I want to know if there's a documented API for the AD9508 eval board such that my Visual C# program can command and control the eval board.
