AD5933 measure impedance at 1kHz

I am using Digilent's AD5933 breakout board (digitkey #: 1286-1093-ND).

When I tried to measure 1k-Ohm impedance at 1kHz frequency, the readout from RE and IM registers are grossly inaccurate.

The same 1k-Ohm is measured at 2kHz quite accurately, using the same piece of driving software.

To give more clue, I can see 1kHz sinusoidal signal at VOUT, so it could be the internal DFT not liking 1kHz frequency?
