Just a quick basic question, so the main interface with the AD9910 chip is a SPI bus from any simple microcontroller. Is there any particular specs we need to be aware of before selecting the microcontroller?
Hello, Besides the SPI pins, the micro controller must drive other inputs too (e.g. Master Reset, IO_UPDATE, Profiles etc). Most all digital inputs including the SPI pins are 3.3V CMOS. The only 1.8V CMOS digital input is pin 95 or XTAL SEL. Note, the SYNC IN and SYNC OUT pins are LVDS pins however these pins can float if you do not need to synchronization multiple DDSs.

Ive got 2 evaluation boards, and neither of them have the FIFO IC mounted.
Is it possible to control the PP with it?
Where can I find info about it? it is not in the evalboard datasheet?
