AD8041S Protection Diodes

I am wondering if a powered down (i.e. Vsupply = ~0 V) AD8041S can be exposed to small amounts of input voltages on one (or both) of its input pins. Assuming that the input pins have >1kohm in series, so any current flowing into the pin would be limited to less than 1 mA. The duration will be on the order of seconds.

Is there any possibility of damage in such a situation? Are there ESD protection diodes in place here?

Just to add a bit more details, my inputs (one or both) could be seeing about 0.85 V through a 1.5 kohm into a powered down part for a duration of seconds, so I'm wondering if this is an issue.
