The N0 & N1 pins are directly connected to a capacitor so ideally, you should see a very high DC input impedance on these pins.

What about the AC impedance at a typical dither tone frequency, say 50kHz where the dither input to dac ouput attenuation is minimum? Is there a termination resistance after the cap?
The dither pins N0 & N1 have an RC high pass filter on them to remove any DC voltages.
You may want to refer to Figure 36 through 39 on the data sheet for the frequency response at 50kHz dither signal.
