I need a support about part# ADXL362BCCZ-R7.
Customer has SPI communication issue in low speed 2.5 KHz.
Failure rate: 2% ( 2pcs of total test 100pcs)
“Our incoming PCBA test "kilo_test.py" communicates with the accelerometer using the SWD connection. SWD is not real JTAG with boundary scan, but we can write to microprocessor registers to manipulate the pins SPI bus. This results in a relatively slow SPI communication with the accelerometer, about 100 kHz clock.
On two units, there is a failure of either the SPI communication or the internal register memory of the accelerometer. This shows up in two ways:
1) reading back the register after writing it returns a different value than was written.
2) the ERR_USER_REGS status bit is set after writing the registers.
Do you have any recommendation for this SPI communication issue?
