Hi all, I am looking for a 16 bit (or better) DAC, with a settling time of <40ns. Preferable features: dual DAC, parallel data interface for use with an FPGA.
I am planning to combine 2 of these to make a 22 bit resolution DAC. I believe this means I want something with a low DNL, for the DAC controlling the MSBs?
I have done a fair amount of searching already, but all of the high-speed DACs have a lot of complicated features like FIR filters, and I am unsure if I can use these devices like a normal DAC.
For instance, would something like the AD9747 work for my purposes?
