UNable to set XO correction in IIO Oscilloscope

In the document you have provided on tuning ad9361https://wiki.analog.com/resources/eval/user-guides/ad-fmcomms2-ebz/hardware/tuning.

It says send very good signal source.We have kept our RX  LO at 860 MHz.Generated 861 MHz signal from signal source(Agilent E4422B which is very good) and followed the procedure in the document.

 

Form the process we found that the error in ppm is -3.89ppm .To correct it we did (40MHz-40*3.89).We got it to be

39,999,844.In the doc it asks to set XO Correction to the computed value.(I have attached a photo where the doc says it).

 

When i set XO correction to  39,999,844 it is reverting back to 40,000,000.How do i set the XO correction parameter and correct for frequency offset
