The answers are in the data sheet, but captured in form of OIP3 (Output Third-Order Intercept).

Here is the mathematical relationship between OIP3 and IMD3:

OIP3 = Pout + IMD3 / 2

Using ADL5604 typical spec at 2140MHz as example (table 1, page 3, data sheet):

OIP3 = 42.1 dBm = Pout + IMD3 / 2 = 14 dBm + IMD3 / 2

Now, you should be able to calculate the IMD3 = 56.2 dB, under this particular test condition.
