SPI register 0x244-Cal Status-Read Only Test Register [3:0] CP Cal Word.I want know meaning of all values.thanks!
Charge pump calibration values are stored on 0X244 bits D0-D3 contains the calibration words. If Force CP cal bit is not set this value will be taken as Charge pump value.
If Forec CP Cal : Ox23D bit D3 is set ,: Setting this bit overrides the calibration result with the value in 0x241[D3:D0]. In this case, CP Cal Word in 0x244[D3:D0] reflects the value in 0x241[D3:D0].
What’s mean of the calibration word or charge pump value? Is the charge pump value must [5:0] data? I didn’t set the 0x23D bit D3, but i read the Cal Status register value as 0x05 when initializing error. Can you descript details? Thanks anyway.
Charge pump is part of the PLL-Synthesizer circuit. What is the error that you are seeing ?
Hope you are using ADI provided SW drivers. The driver takes care of these for you.
