Can I disable the EN pin to cycle power on rails individually during failure conditions?

I am planning on using the ADP5054 in my MPSoC design. I am wondering if I can disable the EN pin to one of the regulators via a micro controller to reset the rail in the presence of certain failure conditions on one of the rails. I simulated this in LTspice and every time I try to bring the rail back up it current limits. Not sure what is causing the surge of current it nominally takes 600mA but when I cycle the EN pin the rail goes into current limit and draws like 120+amps in the simulation. Is there something wrong with the model? Is it okay to do this? I am waiting 40 ms to turn the en back on.
