hi,

the best way is the use a network analyzer capable of measuring differential impedance. a quick way would be to measure single ended, by ac ground the negative input. the result would be approximately half of the differential impedance because symmetrical inputs. this is an estimate because the assumption is each input is exactly the same, and the isolation between the two inputs are perfect.
