Hi, do you have the S parameters of the LTC5536?
I'm trying to use it to sense the power of a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi link that uses the standard b/g/n and it's not working well because of mismatch ports I think.

We have two S1P files for this device: one for -25 dBm, and one for 0 dBm RF signal. The slight difference is because Schottky detectors are inherently non-linear input impedance.
I will post the files to the analog.com LTC5536 product page, but it may take a few days for that to happen. If you message me with your email address, we can email you the files directly.
When impedance matching to this device, be sure to observe the requirement for DC blocking, since the RF input pin is internally DC biased. Refer to C4 on the demo board schematic (datasheet Figure 5).
