I'm trying to measure capacitive impedance using the AD5933. The impedance value I get is correct. However, when I look deeper, I see that the imaginary part is actually increasing with frequency instead of decreasing. I need to know this imaginary part to further calculate things. Since I'm only interested in the capacitive part, I want the Xc (the capacitive reactance) so that I can calculate my capacitance and them permitivity.

I've made my own capacitor by putting 2 copper plates parallel to each other.
