Is EVAL-ADV7282AEBZ compatible with LVCMOS33

I am working with a EVAL-ADV7282AEBZ, and I want to connect the ITU-R BT.656 output to an FPGA.
The standard of the FPGA I/O pins is LVCMOS33, which my understand is that a logical 1 is 3.3v, and logical 0 is 0v
Now, I connected the LCC pin to an oscilloscope and I saw that the amplitude was about 3.5v.
To be clear, what I mean is that the peak to peak voltage was 7v.
Is there a way that I can output the signals so that it will be compatible with LVCMOS33?
