I want to use LT1497 for negative temperature range. Is there a model of this component that can work in the negative temperature range without problems? Thanks
Note 2 in the data sheets says "The LT1497 is designed, characterized and expected to operate over the temperature range of –40°C to 85°C, but is not tested at –40°C and 85°C. " The LT1497 is 100% production tested at 25C to all the min/max specs in the datasheet unless otherwise stated. It is sample tested at 0C and 70C, with a single failure requiring testing the entire lot. It can definitely be used in industrial applications, but may violate some specs if the temperature range exceeds the 0-70C range. Note 2 added "Guaranteed industrial grade parts are available, consult factory" but it seems we never finalized an "I grade" version.
As Gauzz mentioned, there are quite a few plots in the data sheet showing typical behavior from -50C to 125C.

By model, do you mean SPICE model? You can download the simulator LTspice usign this link. The SPICE model of LT1497 is included but it isn't modeled over temperature, only at ambient.
If not, LT1497 can operate from -40C to 85C. LT1497 is only specified at T= 25C but you can check page 6 of the datasheet for its performance over temperature. Let me know if you have clarifications.Regards,Goz
