Could anybody tell me,how long time does AD936X take from SLEEP state to RX state ?
AD9361 goes through various states when transitioned from sleep to RX.
As you can see from sleep-> wait->alert -> RX
From sleep to wait it moves immediately but from wait to alert it takes some time to calibrate RF synthesizers and the time can be calculated from equation given in UG-570, then it moves to RX.
According to the equation given in UG-570, Ncount =2(7+VCO Cal Count), but which register should I write to change VCO Cal Count?
Another problem, I wonder why Ncount is different in TDD and FDD mode?

"It is recommended for FDD applications, to use the longest calibration for better accuracy since once in the FDD state, it may be a long time before a synthesizer VCO calibration occurs again. In TDD, the calibration time will need to be set to meet the TDD turnaround time, while achieving the most accurate calibration possible. In TDD, the Rx VCO calibration will occur each time the receiver synthesizer is powered up (when TxRNX switches from high to low logic level). The Tx VCO calibration will occur each time the transmitter synthesizer is powered up"
