I have found documentation for doing this on Blackfin processors but this is not applicable. Want to re-direct the stdio functions to uart0 (the usb-uart on the EZ-kit board) because the debugger is so slow.
I dug around, it seems that the functions that need implementation are _write, _read and _ttywrch. Can be found in the gcc-arm-none-eabi samples.
Just to be clear, I have the UART working just fine, but I need to re-direct the system calls to new fputc and fgetc fuctions.
