Charging 360V, 30mF capacitor bank using LT3751

Hi, I am looking to charge a capacitor bank with a rated voltage of 360V and total capacitance of 30mF within 1.6 seconds, using 5 to 10 LT3751 units that are powered by a lithium battery with maximum output voltage of 44.4V @ 84.5A of current.

I have read the datasheet concerning this device and I am unsure of the ideal transformer to use for this application. Moreover, given the high charging rate, I would also like to know if there is a need for a heat sink.

Attached is a diagram of the circuit that I wish to charge

Thank you very much.
