just bought an EVAL-ADIS2Z board. I have installed the USB drivers as per the wiki page however, the evaluation software can't recognize the USB port. Any help would be appreciated.
Are both LEDs lighting up, before you launch the software? Which product are you trying to evaluate?
I can see only 1 led (U5) coming on. I am trying to evaluate ADIS16227-CMLZ

What Windows platform are you using?
BTW, the second LED indicates that the USB connection is complete. If that does not happen, there is no need to launch the software. BTW, which software package are you trying to use? Did you see anything abnormal, during the driver installation file. Could you post the link to the driver file that you used?
I using windows 10.
I am using following driver
Can you check to see if .NET 3.5 Framework is enabled?
It looks like it is enabled.
Can we have a phone call to resolve this issue?
My phone no is 408.826.7657
Unfortunately, I cannot support a call for the next 2 days, but might be able to do that on Friday. Between now and then, could it be possible to go through the driver installation process and capture each message/response? We are just now moving towards Windows 10, so I will need to share this with our platform experts anyway.
I can try to uninstall and reinstall and send you messages.
However, call would be good.
Unfortunately I am not in office on Friday. Can we do it on Monday or Tuesday next week?
ON a separate note, Would it help to try it on other versions of Windows?
Also, is there any plan to support this on MAC?
Monday could work, but my experience with Windows 10 systems is pretty limited. Most of our customer base is still using Win 7, so having the screen shots of the driver installation process is going to be essential for me researching this for you. No plans for iOS support at this time. Out of curiosity, what embedded processor are you planning to pair this with?
I will provide the snapshots.
Lets setup out meeting for Monday after 2.30pm. I hope this time works.
On the embedded microprocessor side we are still under requirement collection on the processing power requirements.
We would like to keep it as low as possible. Let us know of any constraints/requirements that we should be aware of.
It looks like the board the flaky. The led1 light turned on once this morning when I connected to USB port but it is not turning on when I tried to connect it again.
