Hello,
I would like to test the PPS receiver, which has been implemented in the HDL Rerefence designs (hdl_2017_r1) ( https://ez.analog.com/message/323034-calibration-pps-support-and-tx-clkframe-data-distribution ).
I use fmcomms2 and ZC706.
I would like to used external signals form generator and i found some information in post https://ez.analog.com/thread/102973-registers-on-zc706-and-digital-input
I tested this connection on LEDs using a simple counter and it is working.

However, I do not know how to check the principle of operation of the PPS receiver.
1. I tried to view the input and output signals of the pps receiver using ILA, but so far without any effects. In Hardware window, ILa (hw_ila_) is not desplayed.
Is it possible to preview results (debug) in this way using ILA.

2. I would like to know which referencne clock signal is synchronized, using pps receiver (l_clk, tx_clk_out_p/n) ? or How to use signals from this pps receiver in my custom IP blocks?

3. By browsing the pps receiver code, it can be used in TDD mode. I found some test script test_pzsdr2_2400tdd.sh: add initial test script for the 2400TDD board on https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/linux_image_ADI-scripts

Are there any examples on the fmcomms2 and zc706 ? Can you ask for some tips to run this on this set?

Regards
MJK
