Microcontroller stopped debugging. Help.

Hello.

I'm working with eval-adicup3029. I created a code to read an ADC entry and control a PWM and after that enter into Hibernate mode. After doing the Debug I switched the power from the battery board to make the current consumption measurement. After that I can not debug the microcontroller. I'm using CrossCore Embedded Studio. When I send it off, it gives the following message:
