Where I can find source code for AD9163-FMC-EBZ and ADS7-V2EBZ project?

Unfortunately we cannot share the ADS7 HDL for the AD9163, due to a licensing agreement for the JESD204B Tx implementation. We are aware of this however and currently working on a workaround.
If it helps, there is open-source JESD204B IP from ADI, which may have been tested with the AD916x family by now. Search for "JESD204B IP from ADI" and look for an analog.com domain in the results. The project source is on Github.

There is a support structure described in the JESD 204B IP web pages. I am not as familiar with it personally as it is supported by our firmware group. I would suggest to open a new topic citing that this is an IP question (as opposed to an AD9173 DAC question).
The IP is NOT what is being implemented on the ADS7 however.
In terms of ADS7 HDL specifically, we cannot provide it at the moment. We are well aware of customer requests in that regard and are working on making the HDL available. There is no target release date that I am aware of, however.

But I have already purchased ADS7-V2EBZ and AD9163 from your company. If there is no source program, it will not work.
sorry to hear it will not work! Please note that the ADS7 is meant to be an evaluation platform to try out our converters (DAC / ADC) - it is not meant to be an FPGA reference design with open source HDL. Neither it is meant to be a development platform for FPGA code.
If you are looking for open-source FPGA code, the IP core is your best starting point. It has been tested with most of our DACs and ADCs. There is a support group on EZone that can help answer questions. There is also a direct support option, if you decide to purchase a commercial license (which is not needed to just use the IP, if you are ok with GPL)

I know that ADS7 is an evaluation board for your company's ADC and DAC. I think my previous statement may be biased. I have tried to use your company's DPGDownloader software to control the ADS7 output waveform to the AD9163 and have a good test performance. , now I need their routines to support them to work offline instead of using PC software
We are not providing source code for FPGA firmware of ADS7 to our customers, at the moment. In the future we might do so, but haven't planned yet. As mentioned above, ADS7 is just an evaluation system for our products and not sold as a general FPGA platform. We are happy to help you out.Also, I want to add that our ADS7 hardware doesn't have the capability to store waveforms on the board memory. So, your idea of working offline is not feasible at this moment.
