What is the second harmonic level of ADRF5044 and HMC8038 switches ?
Test conditions are an input CW signal at +13dBm with frequency between 2 and 10 GHz.

We don’t have second harmonic test data for these mentioned switches ADRF5044 and HMC8038.
However we have second harmonic test data for ADRF5020 which is the SPDT equivalent of ADRF5044. ADRF5044 can be expected to have similar second harmonic level as ADRF5020 shown in table below.
HMC8038 also uses same process as ADRF5020/ADRF5044 but was designed to have 5-10 dB higher P0.1dB in a narrower frequency range (6GHz) than ADRF5020/ADRF5044. I expect HMC8038 to have better second harmonic level at same input power conditions.
