The FCC requires that radio boosters must maintain the frequency stability in the Part 90.213 specification.
That number is as low as 1ppm at 860MHz. Will the DDS and 228ppb TXCO combination above maintain that stability?
The frequency synthesizers lock to a reference signal for stability. When a proper lock condition is occurred in a phase locked loop, same stability should be achieved with the reference signal.
