Hi. I have a design with ADP5070 very similar to your design with similar component values. And I have same problem, boost section works fine but inverting output is zero (about 20mV). Did you solve your problem? If yes, how did you correct it?
Please ensure that the PCB layout follows the considerations noted in page 14 of the datasheet. It will be helpful too if you can provide a schematic for review. Make sure the switching waveform across SW2 pin is correct.
Thank you for your reply. I tried to take into considerations described in datasheet while designing the PCB. I think I'm missing something but what? Here is my custom PCB design, schematic and soldered PCB picture.
Also, Vref (pin 14) is 1.599V described as datasheet.

If the output load is connected, can you disconnect it and look at SW2 waveform again both at steady-state and start-up?
I discovered a soldering mistake at SW2 pin while trying to measure waveform from there. The problem was a stupid soldering fault (a thin gap between SW2 pin and pad). Now circuit is working stable and perfectly.
