We have an array of piezoelectric sensors that are connected in parallel-series connection. The piezoelectric sensors are all compressed at the same time giving a fairly constant AC output. The peak-to-peak voltage from the output of the piezoelectric array was measured at approximately 500V peak-to-peak and the current is in the uA range. We are wondering if you have any energy harvesting IC's that could be used to store this energy and output a DC voltage a 5V in order to charge a cell phone.
