ADPD105 Evaluation board can't connect to PC

Hello,

 

Our customer has a trouble about connection between ADPD105 Eval. board and their PC by USB. When he start the software, ADPD OpenMarket WaveTool, and  the select COM port by Select Port of the software menu, then he gets following message.

 

 

 

The customer used Windows 10 professional and instlaled the latest USB driver by FTDI. Also he used the latest version of ADPD105 evaluation software.

 

Are there any check points for fixing this issue? Or do you have any idea about causes of this issue?
