I need to transfer a reference clock at 270Mhz over fiber optic. I need low jitter cause pll on receiver side shouldn't loose synchronization

The AD9542 is a very low jitter (~200 fs) part with many features such as jitter cleaning and management of multiple input clocks. If you want a simple low jitter PLL, you might also consider any of the RF PLLs with the ADF prefix, such as the ADF4360.
To convert to optical you'll need an electrical to optical converter, which you should be able to search on http://www.analog.com.
Thank you Paul. My problem is the selection of the proper transceiver. Moreover I need a demo board to evaluate the solution performing some measurements on the 270Mhz clock jitter.

Do you mean help choosing the right opto-isolator? I really have no idea. I'd recommend looking on analog.com for those parts, and submitting something in their Engineer Zone forum.
