We see that ADV7611 datasheet mentions Absolute Maximum Limits of "SCL/SDA Data Pins to DVDDIO" between "DVDDIO - 0.3V to DVDDIO + 3.6V".

We are measuring the SCL/SDA signals w.r.t. Ground on a CRO. Hence, in order to compare the measured and required values, we would need the Absolute Maximum Limits of SCL/SDA Data Pins w.r.t. Ground. Can you please share the same? We are particularly concerned about the Minimum Voltage at SCL/SDA pins.

Also, please let us know if device failure can happen due to crossing of Minimum Voltage limit at SCL/SDA pins?

FYI, In our design, the pull-up to SCL/SDA signals are pulled up to a different 3.3V supply compared to the 3.3V supply connected to DVDDIO pins.
