I'm using AD7266, Vdd=3.3V, Vdrive=3.3V, I need to sample at list 4 channels in 2us, so can I use a clock greater than 24MHz?
To maximize the throughput rate use two serial output, DoutA and DoutB. The AD7266 can be use to have a 32Mhz SCLK.
I couldn't understand from AD7266 data sheet if it can be use Vdd=3.3V with CLK 32MHz, is it possible working with Vdd=3.3V and serial clock frequency above 2.4MHz ?

The AD7266 performance is guaranteed applying the settings and conditions mentioned in the datasheet. The AD7266 can still use with Vdd=3.3V and clock frequency beyond 24Mhz but there can be difference in the performance compared with that was specified that we cannot guarantee.
Which kind of performance can be different if I use serial freq. CLK beyond 24MHz ?

The specifications in Table 1, for example, were guaranteed of using the conditions in page 3 (above table 1). Now in your condition Vdd=3.3V and above 24Mhz SCLK (max 32Mhz), is not guaranteed to perform the same as shown in table 1 because they don't have the same condition, although the AD7266 can still function with Vdd=3.3 and above 24Mhz SCLK (max 32Mhz).
