Does anyone know where I can find the device tree to support this platform setup? We have the RTL built for the setup but are struggling to find all the software pieces. Will the ZCU706 device tree work?
1) Use this devicetree from the jesd204_ultrascale branch.
2) Build the HDL from the dev_tupgrade branch.
Then the AD9371 will be recognized.
The ZC706 project is functional and stable - it can be found on the master branches (HDL, Linux, No-OS).
The ZCU102 project is still under development - on the HDL side, the latest version can be found on the dev_tupgrade branch while on the Linux and No-OS repositories, we have dedicated jesd204_ultrascale branch. Once everything will be stable, those will be merged to master.
Do you have an idea when this will be done? I think we are almost there. Just wondering if there is a specific device tree we should be using
Our plan is to have it ready for 2018_R1 that should be released by the middle of this year. However, if you don't plan to change the sampling rates, you can already use it - it should work well.
One of the questions we have is once we build this how do we test it? DO we have any user control of the FMC card settings? What do we need to do to view ADC output and transmit to DAC?

I had my software guy build the linux kernel and added the zc706 device tree to test on the zcu102 board. When the kernel boots I get a message
Ad9371 spi1_1: ad9371_probe : enter
spi1.0 supply vccc not found using dummy regulator
iio iio:device1 : SPI read verify failed
ad9528: probe of spi1.0 failed with error -5
any ideas what we are doing wrong
Why did you use the ZC706 devicetree instead of the ZCU102 one (arch/arm64/boot/dts/xilinx/zynqmp-zcu102-rev10-adrv9371.dts)?
We were told there was no zcu102 device tree yet. Where is it located
So it turns software guy did use a zcu102 device tree from the master branch not the link you show below. Do you have any idea of why its not recognizing the ad9371?
